If you need to return a product purchased you can do so within 14 days upon receipt of delivery for an exchange or refund, providing the items are in their original condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange opened or damaged items. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Conditions of Web Site Use
Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and Pest Help for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Pest Help accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Pest Help sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Pest Help irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.


Ordering
We aim to ship all items within 1-2 working days of receiving your order, though we cannot guarantee this. The vast majority of products displayed at Pest Help are held in stock by us; where they are not in stock we make every effort to display this information before you place your order.

We will send you an email to confirm your order has been received and whether or not it has been accepted. At anytime, you can see the status of your order by emailing info@pesthelp.co.uk with a request. Please include your order referenWhen an order is made and the product has been superseded or is unavailable pesthelp reserve the right to send products of equal efficacy / value of the products ordered.

Delivery
Orders will be dispatched the same day where possible for next day or 1st class delivery. A signature is required, so please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the goods. Alternatively, the items can be left with a neighbour, with your e mailed instruction, or we will leave in a “safe place” without signature. Any items instructed to be left without signature become the responsibility of the purchaser.

Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

Claims for non-arrival of orders will not be considered after 28 days from original order being placed. If an item is out of stock and we are unable to send at the time of order, you will be notified.

Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charge in mainland UK is £5.06 + VAT (£5.95). Some areas classed as the Highlands of Scotland may be more expensive but that depends on the weight of the items. In these postcode areas you will be asked to call us or e mail so we can find the most cost-effective mode of delivery. For Northern Ireland and islands within the UK please request a delivery cost. Deliveries to France cost £9.95. Deliveries to other destinations in Europe start at £9.95 – please e mail or phone for cost.

Returns & Refunds
Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund of the item providing it is unused, unopened and in original packaging within 28 days of receipt. We regret we cannot refund the packaging and delivery charge.

Return of goods sent by us in error that were not ordered, we will refund the cost of carriage up to a maximum amount of £5.95 unless extra has been agreed by us in advance of the return. In these cases please e mail sales@pesthelp.co.uk.

Faulty Goods
Items subject to a manufacturers guarantee that are found to be faulty during the period of that guarantee may be returned to us for testing, repair or replacement under the terms of the guarantee. You must notify us by e mail prior to returning any item. Order no. and customer details along with reason for return must be included with the returned item.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If we do not receive the item back from you within a reasonable time, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund within 30 days of cancellation the purchase price for that item less, if relevant, any part of the costs of returning the items to us not paid by you or the cost of collection incurred by us.
